Shipping policy

We at true herbs want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy. We use multiple courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, Fedex, First Flight, Delhivery etc to ship your produfcts.

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA if your cart value is Rs. 500 and above. A nominal fee will be charged on orders below the cart value of Rs. 500 based upon rural or urban area. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched.

Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.We are not shipping outside India due to some custom problems.

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be cancelled.trueherbs has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by trueherbs and accept the decision of trueherbsi regarding the cancellation.

In case of Perishable Goods

If a customer wants to cancel the order for perishable products, the cost of the products will have to be borne by them

Cancellation of Order by trueherbs :

trueherbs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or the payment has been received. 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by trueherbs for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.

Replacement/ Refund Policy by trueherbs :

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that :

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 5 days after receipt of the package. In case the package shows signs of leakage or is showing obvious damage, we request you to not accept the package and return it to the courier agency immediately. Goods once accepted cannot be returned. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
